Co-Owner, BCBA
Alexandrea (Alex) Figueroa is a highly accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 11 years of experience in the field across the home, clinical, school, and community settings. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles including Clinical Supervisor, Center Director, and Director of Clinical Services, where she successfully managed and supervised teams across multiple centers, totaling over 25 behavior analysts.
In addition to her leadership roles, Alex is a Co-Instructor for the Arizona State University Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program, where she shares her expertise and passion for the field with future behavior analysts.
Alex’s dedication to her profession extends beyond her professional endeavors. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate care to her clients and prioritizes building strong connections with them, putting assent and joy at the forefront of the care she provides. She believes in the importance of fostering trust and relationships with caregivers to promote the best possible outcomes for those she serves.
Outside of her work, Alex finds joy in spending quality time with her two children and husband. An enthusiastic participant in OrangeTheory Fitness classes, she values maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, she savors the simple pleasures of life, such as enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Co-Owner, BCBA-D
Dr. Alexander Clarke, Ph.D. is a Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a wealth of experience in behavior analysis and school psychology. Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, he currently resides in Lakewood Ranch, where he passionately serves his community.
Dr. Clarke completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2015 and his Ph.D. in School Psychology from Mississippi State University in 2020. Dr. Clarke has been a doctoral-level behavior analyst since 2019. Dr. Clarke completed his doctoral residency at Devereux – Children’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services center in Philadelphia, PA providing psychological and behavior analytic services to individuals with ASD and intellectual disabilities. Finally, Dr. Clarke completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the University of South Florida’s Rothman Center for Pediatric Neuropsychiatry, where he provided treatment to patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, Tourette syndrome, and related anxiety-based disorders.
Dr. Clarkes specialties include behavioral, developmental, and academic intervention services with individuals ages 2 to 25 presenting with a wide range of diagnoses, from Autism Spectrum Disorder to various genetic conditions (e.g., CHARGE syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, etc.).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Clarke finds joy in leisure activities such as golfing and beach outings, cherishing moments spent with his wife and two daughters. His unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others, coupled with his passion for behavior analysis, defines Alexander B. Clarke as a respected figure in his field and a cherished member of his community.

Michael is a dedicated and passionate advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. As a co-founder of Latitude Behavioral Health, he leads a team of highly trained professionals committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.
With over 9 years of experience in the field of ABA, Michael has worked in a variety of settings, from working in clinic, in-home, school as well as in the community. Michael has also worked in a variety of roles, starting as behavior technician and working up to a BCBA supervisor and a clinical director.
Driven by a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of ABA therapy, Latitude Behavioral Health was established with a vision to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential, while receiving services emphasized with compassion and care.
Outside of professional endeavors, Michael is a dedicated husband and father. He finds joy in spending quality time with family, coaching his son’s baseball team, as well as playing slow pitch softball.
Driven by his unwavering commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, Michael continues to inspire hope, create positive change, and make a lasting impact through his work at Latitude Behavioral Health.
